Embark on a 7-day journey that combines the grounding strength of yoga with the empowering challenge of weight training. Throughout this challenge, we’ll guide you through a carefully crafted series of yoga flows, each enhanced with light weights to build strength, increase flexibility, and deepen your connection to both body and spirit.
Each day will feature a unique blend of powerful yoga poses and weight training movements, designed to honor your body’s strength while inviting mindfulness, focus, and surrender.
Grab your weights, your mat, and your heart – let’s strengthen, flow, and grow together! Remember to take rest days in between for proper recovery.
Equipment Needed: Light hand weights (2-8 lbs recommended).
